In Memory of the Victims

On January 1, 2026, forty-one people lost their lives in the Constellation fire in Crans-Montana. This page honors their memory with dignity and respect for their loved ones.

Our Duty to Remember

Forty-one lives cut short. Families shattered. A community in mourning. Beyond the numbers and facts, there are stories, interrupted dreams, absences that will never be filled.

This site aims to document the facts with rigor, but also to preserve the memory of this tragic event. Not to perpetuate pain, but to ensure lessons are learned and such tragedies never happen again.

Why We Do Not Publish a List of Victims

Out of respect for the families, crisisinfo.ch has made the ethical choice to never publish a list of victims' names.

  • Families have the right to grieve privately
  • Only authorities are authorized to communicate identities
  • We refuse any form of voyeurism
